Is Red Whale Knowledge the same as GPCPD?

The resources in the Red Whale Knowledge learning platform are the same as those that you found on GPCPD.com - but you now have access to all of them - not specific handbooks. The articles may look slightly different on Red Whale Knowledge and should be easier to navigate around! Red Whale Knowledge has an improved search functionality and new ways to filter and bookmark content, find content that has been recently updated and pick up where you left off.

I've still got an active GPCPD account - what has happened to it?

You'll now be able to access all our articles from the new Red Whale Knowledge learning platform. All you need to do is click 'Log In', enter your email address and create a new password for your new Red Whale Knowledge account. As long as you use the email address you used to log in to GPCPD.com , your access to our articles will automatically transfer to our new learning platform and your subscription end date will be the same as it was on GPCPD.com .

I've tried logging in and I don't have access to Red Whale content I did previously - why not?

If you add to your My Account page any email addresses you used previously for gp-update.co.uk, GPCPD.com , GPN-CPD.com or Pharmacist-CPD.com , you should automatically have access to all of your active products with us. I'm not sure if I still had an active GPCPD subscription - what do I do?

What has happened to my CPD entries from GPCPD.com ?

Your CPD entries have been automatically moved over to our new learning platform, Red Whale Knowledge. Try adding all email addresses you used on our previous sites in your 'My Account' area so that we move any content over to our new site that belong to you - and if still need some help, please get in touch with us via live chat, by email mail@red-whale.co.uk or by giving us a call on 03330 093 090 (Mon-Fri 9-5).

How do I use my GPCPD activation code?

If you have a GPCPD activation code because you previously bought a Red Whale course, you'll find that you automatically have access to Red Whale Knowledge until the end of your course subscription. All you need to do is click 'Log In' and create an account using the email address you gave us when you bought your online course. Need any help? What happened to the topic-specific handbooks from GPCPD?

You now have access to ALL our articles instead of just ones from specific handbooks you had access to on GPCPD.com ! You can search for specific topics areas in the search bar, use the topic filters to browse through articles and GEMS on certain topic areas or head over to the 'Handbooks' tab to find groups of articles from particular courses.

I can't remember my login details - please help!

Don't worry - just head to the log in page and click 'forgot password'. You'll receive an email with a link in it - once you click the link you can enter your email address and choose a new password.
